pimping like mad

I've never actually pimped anything before ... well, there was that one time, but I was young and managed to walk away without being caught.

Where was I? Oh, yes. My new friend vichan has begun an enourmously ambitious and difficult project, what amounts to an archive of every bit of Whedonverse fiction in the known universe, and possibly beyond. She's nuts, I know ... but in a happy, hard-working way. She's begun this community:

As many of you know, I have enourmous time crunches, especially now with my daughter's wedding two weeks away, so my personal involvment is limited to letting everyone know it's there. She's getting things together and will be looking for authors, and she's also looking for anyone willing to help with this project. I'm going to be mostly offline until after the wedding, but I couldn't disappear without discharging my pimping duties and asking everyone to support the project, in every way possible. I suppose it's been done somewhere before, as I don't get around to check on things like that -- but she's hoping to do it better!
