crisis continues in Southeast Missouri

Now water is close to the top at the Lake Wappapello dam near Poplar Bluff, MO. Sandbagging help is needed down there.

Now they're saying the south has been hit by the second worst tornado outbreak in 60 years ... and west Texas is *still* in the grip of drought and severe wildfires. The hits just keep on coming ...

It's pretty bad out there, all over. We're only getting some lowland flooding here, but at this point anyone who's been on the internet for any length of time knows someone who's effected by all this bad weather.

Yes, everyone's okay as of last time we checked. Emily's mom is stranded at the Girl Scout camp she and Emily used to work at, but it's on high ground and she's got everything she needs. Meanwhile, the major four lane highway that I use whenever we go down there -- is under water.
