Sulu Tweets

I just got the following Twitter message from the actor George Takei, or as they say on Twitter @Georgetakei :

"Oh, Myyyy!!! Thank you for following me on "The Twitter." I'm new to all this so be sure to "retweet" me, and hard!"

Takei is one of those actors whose voice is so distinctive that I can hear it even in what he writes. My goodness, he sounds just like the robot from the Craig Ferguson show. Or is that the other way around?

Automated messages aren't generally a big deal to me, but as a Star Trek fan from way back I have to admit this one gave me a bit of a thrill.
