Do you believe there is other intelligent life in distant galaxies? If no, why not? If yes, do you believe this is something to be feared and avoided or actively sought out?
Distant galaxies? Considering how tenaciously life takes hold in every place it's given an opportunity, and considering the many millions of stars in the Milky Way, chances are there's plenty of intelligent life right here in our own galaxy.
Maybe we'll even find some in Washington, some day.
