unsung_heroines was meant to be a location for fic about the lesser written female characters in the Buffyverse. I had also hoped to include writing advice, akin to what 
bloodclaim does for Spander. I still believe in the archive and the idea behind it. However, it has become apparent that I simply don't have the time necessary to make it really great. My life is getting crazier and busier every day, and I don't know when or if I'll ever have the time for it again.
The domain name and hosting are set to expire on February 11th, and I can't justify continuing to pay for the site when I don't have the time to devote to it, even though I hate to see it go.
So, before shutting the site down completely, I thought I would put it up for adoption. Anyone who is interested can contact me at bubble_blunder AT verizon DOT net. The site is hosted at ModHost, and the renewal fee for the hosting is $59.95. The renewal for the domain name is $15.95. You can leave the site at the same host or not, it's entirely up to you. If you want to move the site elsewhere, hubby will be more than happy to assist with whatever you need.
Please spread the word on this. I hate to see the site die if there's someone out there who'd like to give it a good home.
