Serenity: Keep Flying

On October 31st -- Halloween, the last day before November -- I mowed the lawn.

Today, the first day of November, I'm going out to pick about a dozen green tomatoes from my plants, and will then ask strangexgirl's mother for instructions on how to make fried green tomatoes. This is how they looked yesterday:

While there's still room to debate the causes of climate change, nobody can doubt there's something really funky going on. Too bad it's not just Indiana being nice and toasty warm in the fall.

Okay, enough of that: It's November 1st. Drop what you're doing and get writing, everybody!
