Our Rescue Truck After the 2003 Accident

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Basically Just testing the system ... I was riding rear passenger when we went off the road and through a utility pole; the coats belong to all of us who were inside.

Meep - that looks a bit second-hand!

Might be an idea to downsize the pics to 75% to get them to fit better.

too big
Yeah, I just found that out ... but I think that's the only pic in my photo bucket that's so big. It was scanned, the rest are off a digital camera. I think. Hm. Maybe better check ...

Not only was the truck not second hand, it was less than a year old when it crashed. If the driver hadn't kept his head and avoided jerking the wheel, we'd all be dead, or worse. ;-) As it was, I had a bruise about the size of the planet Saturn on the small of my back, and walked with a limp for a few days. And now, I find, I can't stand to ride in that same seat.

Re: too big
Might have been new before - but it was definitely looking second-hand afterwards!! You were all very lucky.

The irony
True. All those times in burning buildings, and I almost get killed on my way back from a false alarm!

(By the way, it's fixed up good as new, now.)

Dude! Eep!

With pictures, it's probably going to be best to put them behind an lj-cut too, just to help out people on dial-up.

That one was posted directly from the Photobucket site; I hadn't realized it wouldn't be behind an LJ cut until I saw it myself. It's my fault: They didn't say it would be! Good thing I decided to test their system, which according to their site is still in beta.

Ooh, this must be a new photobucket thang I haven't worked out yet. Luddism rules!

If I got it working before you did I'm very impressed with myself, and will totally ignore the fact that I'm not sure how I did it.
