Show choir

NOTE: So far, apparently this only opens if you're using Netscape (or Firefox, according to leap_to_faith); I wasn't able to see the video using Safari or Internet Explorer. As the young people say, My Bad. :-(

Okay, I'm experimenting, here. This is a short video of the A cappella moment from jillyh2009's show choir routine, which I took at their competition a week ago. The audio and video both dropped out on playback, making it appear to stutter, which I attempted to fix but don't think I did. So I apologize if the quality sucks ... I also didn't get any of their dance because it made the stutter even worse. Overall, this is a very poor example of the tremendous job they did -- but I just *love* this moment in their routine, so I'm including it anyway.

Seriously, you had to be there.

I think it might be a relationship between the way I uploaded it and the browser used to view it. I've been experimenting a little: On Netscape, it opens a new browser window, loads the entire video, then plays. But on Safari, it won't load. I don't know what Internet Explorer will do ...

For some reason, the video won't load onto Photobucket, which is what I usually use. Instead I uploaded it directly onto LJ, which is where I suspect is the cause of the browser confusion. :-(

On IE7 It takes me to windows media player, so far so good, but then just keeps flashing " connecting" without anything happening though it did give me one frame after twenty minutes ( nice sparkly costumes) It might be my settings

I blame technology
Same thing happens to me. On a related note, have you noticed that the newly updated IE7 sucks?

*sigh* sorry.
I should have just deleted the entry; as near as I can tell, the video can only be seen on the Netscape browser, and there just aren't too many people using that anymore. I'll mess with it later and see if I can figure out a different way to put it up.

It will work on Firefox if that helps at all.

Well, that makes me feel a *little* better ... did it stutter toward the end?
